HOST SPONSORS

Tucson Business Connection has been offering Tucson Area Business People a monthly opportunity to network with each
other in a social environment without having to belong to a membership organization since 2003. Still today, there are no
dues, fees or association affiliations required to attend one of our mixers. Most mixers have an average of 75 attendees. TBC
is not a membership organization. Any Business person is welcome to attend. In addition to the free monthly mixers, we hold
occasional events for Charity where there might be a nominal fee to attend. Currently, TBC is hosted by Will Arnold of
FixMyBadHomeLoan.org,  and Wayne Weld of SendOutCards. Mixers are usually held from 5:00pm-7:30pm.
Will Arnold of Tucson Business Connection
Will Arnold moved to Tucson in 2001. He started out in Tucson as a Sales Executive for a National Credit
Card Processing Company. Soon after, he started his own company, First Merchant Services of Arizona. After
4 years, he sold that company and became a licensed P & C Insurance Agent. Currently, he is a Senior
Counselor at FixMyBadHomeLoan.org, a Non-Profit Company that provides alternatives to Foreclosures and
Bankruptcy through Home Loan Modifications and Debt Settlement.
FixMyBadHomeLoan.org is now a
host sponsor of Tucson Business Connection.
In the fall of 2003, Will and a couple of other Business Professionals started Tucson Business Connection. TBC offers free
monthly networking mixers. Any business professional is welcome to attend a TBC mixer without having to pay fees, dues or
benefiting charities.

Will's efforts have been written about in the Daily Star on several occasions and was even covered on a couple of local TV
News channels. He has been holding these networking mixers for over 5 years. "I enjoy connecting businesses together. Our
events offer an opportunity for small businesses to network with each other in a social setting without having to pay
membership fees, entry fees, etc."
Wayne Weld has been a resident of Tucson since 2001. He has extensive experience in the financial
markets and has always been dedicated to serving his clients. Wayne’s career includes having been the
President of several companies has started several companies, has been the COO of a nationally publicly
traded company and most recently served his clients as a financial planner with MetLife. Wayne is now
dedicated to working with individuals and businesses to build solid functional personal and business
relationships which lead to rapid business growth.
Wayne Weld of Tucson Business Connection
He is following the teachings of John Naisbitt, who in the 1980s published a book “Megatrends,” that predicted that the
future would require people to embrace a ‘High Tech, High Touch’ philosophy.  As Wayne says “that is exactly what
SendOutCards does.  It is the only system on the planet that actually builds and strengthens real relationships.”

“Whether it is between CEOs or between relatives, nothing works to express appreciation more than an unexpected
heartfelt greeting card in the mail. And they are never deleted!"

Wayne is noted as one of Tucson's more active networking business people and loves to speak on Appreciation Marketing.
